I been reading about an article about health benefits of exercise. I would like to share it with you. Exercise

10.Improve psychological well-being
11.Enhanced work, recreation, and sport performance
There are different ways to engage in physical activities. After I gave birth I gained 8 lbs from 87 lbs to 95 lbs. Having a toddler requires more energy to catch up with a growing child. I always make sure to give ample time for myself to exercise everyday to maintain good health.
