I love exercising in the morning when Jarred is still busy playing in a corner. A mom is always busy and it's tough to find extra time doing extra exercise but theres a 30 minute sprints on a stationary bike three times a week. It's as good for your cardiovascular system as pedaling less intensely for 40 to 60 minutes five times per week. Sometimes me and my son just walk around the block in the morning it's fun and work well for us.
