what kind of bird is this?

Posted by Malou at 5/22/2008 08:51:00 PM 2 comments Links to this post
This bird is flying from tree to tree close to where I stand in our backyard so I took the camera out and carefully take some picture. I am so happy when it really comes out nice on a focused mode. I don't really know what kind of bird this is but its pretty color catches my attention. I'd be glad if you can tell me.

George Divel Bio Page

Does a name George Divel ring in your mind? If not let me introduce to you George Divel, he is an investment advisor who wants to set himself apart by the service that he provides to his clients.
At a time when the television ads talk about “do it yourself” investing and using your computer to invest for yourself, George Divel takes a position that is exactly opposite. George Divel’s Investment Philosophy, “You can get the research from a computer, “ he says, “but what you can’t get is experience and judgment.” George Divel models his business after a model from an earlier time, when financial advisors had the time to get to know their clients and to make recommendations based not just on their immediate needs, but on their long-term financial and life goals.

Dheo Endheka Spring Resort

Streets would be very busy again this coming Memorial Day, cars scurrying on the streets to bring people to their own destinations. It would be very nice to go back in Bicol province of Albay in the Philippines where beaches and resorts are famous. Dheo Endheka Resort in Tabaco Albay is a nice place to go. We were there in October 2004 and we did enjoy staying there for two days. The people who take care of the place are nice, the place is clean , and most of all the place is perfect for people who wanted a peaceful environment. The resort is situated between two little mountain where the water that filled in the pool comes from the spring cascading from the top of the mountain. The pool is always clean because every morning the water was drained from the pool and the pool was scrubbed until it sparkles then they start filling it up with water again. Dheo Endheka Resort had playgrounds, and swimming pools from youngsters and adult. Every cottages had their own grilling stations to cook whenever you prefer. We will go back in there this year and this time with Jarred.

If you wanted to go there the address is
Mayon Crossing, Buang, Tabaco, Albay

Forever young I want to be forever young do you really want to live forever? Forever young...hmmmn...Oh I love this song especially the kids version. I have a CD of this song and my son loved to hear it. As soon as I start playing it my 22 month old Jarred would raise both his hands up on my shoulder and mumble the words on his lips. He would sing and dance with mommy. He is an awesome kid...so smart.

FOREVER YOUNG

Wanna play paintball?

Posted by Malou at 5/18/2008 10:36:00 PM 0 comments Links to this post
I heard from my son in-law that playing paintball is so much fun. He has been doing it with his friends since he was in high school. One day he came over and invited us to join them. I am so excited and didn't even think twice to decide and I said "yes count me in". My husband and my son-in-law turned their heads on me smiling because they knew I will be the first to say yes. But my problem is where to buy paintball guns. I found out that Tippmann
is really nice and I would definitely get one for myself and my husband will get the Tippmann 98 . Where to buy them? You can see the different products at http://www.pntball.com their company is the ultimate paintball. They sell Tippmann, Spyder, Smart Parts, Dye, Empire, Draxxus paintball gear plus many more brands which you can find on their website. Their top selling guns - Tippmann A-5, Tippmann 98 Custom, Smart Parts Ion, Spyder Pilot ACS. Ultimate Paintball offers the best prices with free shipping.

health benefits of exercise

Posted by Malou at 5/18/2008 09:53:00 PM 0 comments Links to this post
I been reading about an article about health benefits of exercise. I would like to share it with you. Exercise
1.Reduce the risk of premature death
2.Reduce the risk of developing and/or dying from heart disease
3.Reduce high blood pressure or the risk of developing high blood pressure
4.Reduce high cholesterol or the risk of developing high cholesterol
5.Reduce the risk of developing colon cancer and breast cancer
6.Reduce the risk of developing diabetes
7.Reduce or maintain body weight or body fat
8.Build and maintain healthy muscles, bones, and joints
9.Reduce depression and anxiety
10.Improve psychological well-being
11.Enhanced work, recreation, and sport performance
There are different ways to engage in physical activities. After I gave birth I gained 8 lbs from 87 lbs to 95 lbs. Having a toddler requires more energy to catch up with a growing child. I always make sure to give ample time for myself to exercise everyday to maintain good health.
