The journey of getting older is always filled with good and bad experiences. New and different vitamins, a stricter diet of more fruit and vegestables and less meat. Feeling guilty of my weight, I went out and bought an exercise DVD. It seems like every corner of your turn someone is trying to sell you something. One of the things that I have to find out about is term life insurance definition. There's so many different types out there and I'm a little confused about them.

Journey back to the play dough days

My son brought back some memories accidentally the other day. We were at the store and apparently he remembers the commercial on TV about play dough. I really didn't want the stuff in the house. Can make a big mess. As I was helping him pick up the play dough later on in the afternoon I noticed the smell. It turned me completely around with the wonderful memories of my play days with play dough.

Grohe

Renovating the bathroom it took longer to pick out things as I think back. Then the actual job took to do it. It's kind of my fault. Half the stuff that I picked out when they were putting everything together it just didn't look as good as I had pictured. My main problem was using two different stores. The color look the same but were only close. But now that I've used entirely Grohe products I was assured of my pick. The quality is so much better.

Inflatable bed

Tired of running out of room when having the relatives over to stay a few nights during the holidays. Nobody even want to sleep on one of those pull up couches. They're just so uncomfortable. We surprised our last guest by buying the queen size double thickness inflatable bed. The bed also has dual air chambers so you can have one side softer than the other for a better sleep.

Black Friday

We're always looking at all the store sales adds that lead up to Black Friday. I think my husband treats it like espionage. Checking on what store has the items that we want the most at the least price. I don't know is it really worth it to fight the crowds at three a.m. to save a hundred and twenty dollars on a coat. But we did. Then we rushed eleven miles to fight the crowds again to save fifty dollars on a digital photo frame.

Chair hammock

Years ago outdoors we had a beautiful hammock where we live before. It was convenient over there because there was two trees perfectly spaced apart to hang the hammock. In the new house we decided to buy a hammock chair and hang it from one of our big beams next to our wood stove. We picked one up. I would call it royal blue and hang it up today. Looks nice and its comfortable.
