My husband life insurance through his work doesn't seems to be very good policy for the price so we went online and searched for term life insurance quote . Fuzzy, Wuzzy, and Beary

Those were the names we gave to the new members of our family, the bunnies. Fuzzy, Wuzzy and Beary were named after the Original Nursery Rhyme.This was a long established nursery rhyme and according to my source the author is unknown. Although there were some authors who made a variation of this rhyme I prefered the original. The rhyme goes like this:

Fuzzy Wuzzy

Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear,
Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair,
Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn't fuzzy, was he?

Fuzzy is the bigger white and brown with fuzzy furs. While Wuzzy is the littlest with white and brown specks. Beary is the biggest. He is mostly brown and dark brown. He was named after a bear because of its brown color that looks like a bear.

My green card

I will never let the day go by to its final end without writing this post. It is of most important to me that everyday I pray and wishes for my green card to arrive through the mail. I received my green card on the mail just today! Been waiting for it for months and months and finally the waiting is over! I am now a legal permanent resident of the United States. I thank the Lord most of all for always guiding me. I am so happy. My husband give me a big hug and saying his congratulations. Later that night I went online and text my sister to let them know of the news. Now all we need to do is come up with money to buy plane tickets so we can visit my sister and my parents in the Philippines. Is there anybody who wants to donate? (lol!)

what's cooking?

Before I left my country to stay here in U.S. I make sure I had all the important things with me to bring over. One of the most important stuff I had is my cook book which I bought from the mall in Manila. A loyal Bicolana who love to cook vegetables in coconut milk recipes. I am glad I brought it with me to look on the selections of dishes whenever I feel to cook it.

Just wanted to show you Jarred's caricature which we got from one of the caricature shop in Darien lake. Jarred loves trains and we thought it would be awesome if we get him something like this caricature of him riding on a train. A memento that will be forever. It is kind of funny because Jarred was already drooping down his head while waiting for the artist to finish the drawing. Poor guy he was so exhausted from all days activitity. I am so amazed after the drawing was done because the picture has more likeness of Jarred.

Is it the end of summer?

I woke up this morning and I was chilled to the bone. A cold Tuesday morning so I decided to curl up under the blanket again. Too lazy to get up. Until Jarred jumped over me and said on his little voice "hi mommy good morning". I was forced to get up anyhow and drink my cup of coffee while he had his full bottle of milk. Speaking of summer the calendar tells us that the seasons change in mid-September but we all know that the unofficial end to summer is Labor Day. It seems like time goes by faster than normal. So before summer end and autumn sets in make sure you do what you should need to do and saying farewell to the days of summer. Most of all enjoy the sunset. Have fun friends!!! :-)

I was so happy when finally my favorite radio station came online reaching out to Bicolanos all over the world. DZGB online web cast is very successful in bringing the Bicolanos together. I get hyped up as soon as they came online. (You'll understand why when you're away from home for 4 years living in the cold new york. lol! Thank God I have a wonderful husband, and a beautiful smart son Jarred who cheer me up everyday.) Thanks to Chatz and friends from the I-net cafe and Dexter Velez of Dexlaine Computer Sales and Services because without them I never get the chance to learn about this good news. I missed my family so much back in the Philippines but because I get to hear the news everyday from this radio station it bring a smile to my face.
