diet pills

Posted by Malou at 10/02/2008 11:13:00 PM 0 comments
As I climb a slowly as I could towards my 3oth year of life I found that what I really ate seem to stick to me. Being I want a simple way out I started searching for diet pills but which one. Which one are the right ones. It's not like choosing toothpaste where if you don't like it you just throw it out and buy another one because diet pills can be costly. I must have spent three evenings reading about different positive and negatives about different pills then in my search I came across this site and it has click on answers to all my questions making my search extremely shorter. Finally, finding the right ones for me.

so funny!

OAG Land With A Plan

Travel can be frustrating this days with all the cut backs It gets to be so impossible to predict what's going to happen next not to mention at having to be at the airport couple hours or earlier than your flight leaves. And then to discover that you have a two hour delay, for maintenance what's up with that. You need to be a genie with the crystal ball. Makes you really wonder if there is somebody real that knows what's going on. I'm so thankful for Mobile Flight Tracking and Travel Planning it has helped me immensely getting updates through my cellphone has made life a lot easier. I actually re-booked my flight an hour before waiting for two hour delay, amazing.

Save energy,,,save money

I have a practical tip if you wanted to save energy in times when the weather gets cold. If you haven't turned on your fire place yet to heat up the house, you can always resort to other ways to heat up the your home. I been doing it to somehow save energy and save money. In the morning when it gets chilly start your wash one or two loads of dirty clothes. The heat that comes out of the dryer will warm up the house. Turn on your ceiling fan while the dryer is running that way the heat will be pushed on every direction.

New Frames Have Arrived At Zenni Optical

I always wonder what I would look like If I had glasses on. Or whether my face shape works with the frame that I will put on. I am thinking of putting on eyeglasses that would help me on my reading problem. I can't read letters unless I put it close to my face. I worry more about me driving someday without having a prescription glasses. I heard of Zenni Optical where you can actually buy stylish new frames for your eyeglasses and they even sells stylish prescription glasses online from $8. Now that's a good buy! They are getting popular these days. You can see them through fox news TV and even heard it on the popular U.S. talk radio host of the nationally syndicated consumer advocate program The Clark Howard Show on a talk show on the radio. Too many to choose from single vision lens, sunsensor (potochromic)lens, tinted sunglasses lens, bifocal lens and progressive lens. I read the testimonials from people which you can find at http://clarkhoward.com/liveweb/shownotes/2007/06/27/12362/, very interesting. What amazed me more is the prices. Very affordable glasses that you can get. I can imagine the price of this compared to other manufacturers. What a difference.

Adobong sitaw

I decided to cook an easy supper tonight. I still have the leftover of the fresh sitaw and decided to cook it. Here's a simple recipe of my adobong sitaw. You need to prepare the pork cut into inch pieces. Cook as you would adobo but sharpen the seasonings and let the meat cook to tenderness. Cook the cut, stringed sitaw in a weak solution of water and vinegar, ground pepper and soy sauce. When the sitaw is done, blend the pork adobo with it and cook a bit more. Served with white rice is a hearty meal. You'll probably want to try it too.

I love watching an online store for the world's best buys in Lcd Tv, Plasma TV of the most well known brands like Sony, Sharp, Panasonic, Pioneer. So many to choose from. What attracted me the most is the discount hdtvs. I was so upset when our 52 inch HDTV was blown. One day the power went on and off which I think is the cause why the lamp was blown. We were thinking of getting a new one. This online store is the good place to start.

colds

I had a terrible morning when I woke up my throat is dry and i kept on sneezing, watery eyes and runny nose. Waaaaaa!!! I think I have a cold. Jarred's is okay now but I got mine started. I usually use oregano leaf juice and mixed it in with lemon juice and take it twice a day but I don't have fresh oregano here so I use the dry oregano which is available from the grocery store. Boiling one table spoon of oregano into I cup of water for about 2 minutes. Pour it in a strainer and let the juice stand for 30 minutes until it is luke warm. Squeeze one lemon into the juice. The taste is still horrible but it sure took care of my problem. It is also good for fever. I would suggest that it is still best to consult your physician because I don't know what this technique will do to you.

Filipino BiKo recipe

We went to the Filipino store and bought "Malagkit" sticky rice. I am craving to eat "Biko" so I decided to make it for our desert. I have the rest of the ingredient so that makes me happy. Biko is the famous traditional Filipino foods served on the party or special occasions.
You need to prepare:
4 cups of sweet rice ( sticky)
1lb. brown sugar
2 cups coconut milk
1 bottle jackfruit ( langka)
condensed milk ( topings, optional)

How to cook:
Cook the rice in the rice cooker while waiting boil the coconut milk and mix with the sugar. Keep stirring until it gets very sticky. Scoop some juice for topings. Pour the jackfruit and mix with the rice. Bake if you want ( 20 mins.) then put the toppings.

Drug Treatment

I happen to see a friend that I haven't seen in many many years the other day at a community festival. He was a very close friend in our early days but then as he grew older in his late teens he got himself involved with drugs. So as friends our relationship grew apart. But it was nice to see him again at the community festival and you can actually look at him and tell that he wasn't on the drugs anymore. He smiled at me without me saying a word and said "thank God that I committed myself to a drug rehab program and they put me on a drug treatment and I was able to re-gain the pieces of my life". Now we talked almost everyday. I am so glad for him.

Pet Supplies

Oh my goodness we always need pet supplies. You would think that we have a miniature petting zoo here. Between the three rabbits, the dog, two cats and a fish I think we spend more money on feeding them than we do ourselves and of course they all have their special treats with vitamins and even their chew toys. Good thing I'm a stay at home mom with my two year old because it seems like the animals are a bunch of one year old. Don't you wish they could change their own litter? :-)

A day off

Posted by Malou at 9/30/2008 12:05:00 PM 2 comments
For me a day off is a day to relax or unwind from the usual work. Wake up late and don't need to worry about the time. Have some hot chocolate milk in bed. Getting lazy. Spend time with family and playing with the children or go for a walk up to the creek where we usually go, throwing small rocks for every wish we said. Going on a bike ride and cook delicious meal for lunch. Also watch movie at home while munching on our favorite snacks. That's usually what we do on saturday's when Maddy is with us.

Thank you

wheelock ride

Posted by Malou at 9/29/2008 12:05:00 PM 5 comments

Nothing would make a child happy more than anything else by giving him a lollipop or a toy. For Jarred riding on a wheelock is so much fun. It's one of the happiest ride of the day. We spend all the tickets we bought from the booth during the apple festival last Saturday from all the little rides that he can go to. It was worth it looking at him so happy.

Hotels

My dream is to visit places I never been to. To go to historical places are one of my passions. I also love taking lots of pictures as a memory of my achievements. My cousin has already been to London and she was encouraging me to travel with her sometimes. Hotels would never be a problem to stay because there were plenty of nice hotels there of good reputation. One of them is Bridge Hotel in London UK, a first class hotel of contemporary style with comfortable access to all walks of life. Well known places like Hesperia Metropol Barcelona, Days hotel Dublin, Hotel Ballantrae in Edinburgh, Hotel Altberlin prices, President Firenze, Hotel Apollo Rome centre, Kempiski Hotel Bristol Berlin are also popular places to go.

my trinket

I always love collecting necklaces and earrings so when we go to the apple festival in our little town here in N.Y. I found this pretty necklace matched with earrings. I was attracted by its beautiful design and I always admire those people who take the time to put this little pieces together. Usually I don't wear them but only to add in my collection.
