We did it twice in our life in starting a business. Struggling and hoping that your heading in the right direction. Sometimes you win sometimes you loose. You better hope the wins out way the loses. We did okay. We could have done better if we had a business plan consultant. A little money spent now could make you a lot more in the future. Keeping a close eye on the direction of the future will assure the proper results.

Computer crashed!

It's important and wise to save copies of important files in more than one spot. Its a good darn thing I followed what hubby told me when our PC started acting up because our old computer crashed! I managed to save all the pictures but only a quarter of the videos was saved on our Cd's. I was so upset with that. So we brought the computer to the geek squad to fix it and told us its going to take one month before we get it back. The computer was fried so they're going to send us a new one. Thank god we have a warranty on it. I just wish they could salvage the videos that we have on the old one.

Insurance quote

I always love it when somebody does the ground work for us. It saves us lots of time shopping for an insurance quote, can be long and boring comparing coverage versus pricing. My husband had been with one company for almost 30 years. In 30 years he have only one accident. He thought we were getting a great deal but after discussing the price of our boat insurance with the friend of mine her coverage was the same and it was a hundred and fifty dollars a year cheaper. So we decided to do a comparison and it amazed me that we are now saving over 600 dollars a year on all of our insurances.

We decided to have another fun week end with our boat, went swimming, went fishing even had a picnic with our little cooker on an empty river bank. As night came upon us we decided to sleep on the boat we have battery backup on our boat. Thank goodness because we had to run a fan all night. The boat get a lot of condensation on the back canvass part roof. It didn't bother us in a caddy cabin because we had a fan and venting hatch. Only one slight problem, we left our celphones on the captain seat. Condensation dripped on them for probably five hours of the night. We looked at them and to our amazement the front screen were gone. oh no! so monday evening we were off to the celphone store. Only one of our phones was out of contract so we could only upgrade on one. I picked out this awesome samsung eternity. It has a tough screen. We also bought a protective case for it and picked up a monthly replacement policy. It cost a little extra but I think its going to be worth it. Its from AT&T.com you can see a picture of it HERE .

PS my husband got stuck with the one with the old one with no screen 'till october 28th when that contract runs out.
