Winter non-moisture

Posted by Malou at 10/13/2009 07:06:00 PM 0 comments
The winter dryness drives my family crazy if we don't watch out for it. With the house closed up and the wood stove going. We put an old fashioned cast iron tea pot on top of the hot wood stove filled with water. It ads extra moisture into the house along with the dehumidifier we have, helps to keep our respiratory systems in check for the season.

Destin hotel

The problems we ran into this year I was just so frustrated. it was the timing thing also a lack of communication on my son-in-laws part. We planned a lot of the things months in advance so I guess its possible that he thought it was 9:30 in the morning instead of 7:30 that we're leaving. We were all ready to leave they're were just getting off to bed. Oh what fun that was! Next year we're letting somebody take over at Destin hotel to plan us a weeks worth of total surprises. I already talked to them and fill them in with how many of us and the different ages so set us up with a whole weeks worth of fun.

Being I've gone back to work at least on a temporary basis, now my husband is the house husband. You know the opposite of housewife. He's having a little bit of a tough time with it but I think after a few weeks he get the hang of it. I like vacuuming each day he likes every other day. I think he wants to go back to work though because he mentioned to me he does less work at work than he does at the house cooking, cleaning, vacuuming and taking care of Jarred.

Outdoor furniture

This spring it's time to throw up the old and bring in the new. One thing that we really believe in is buying quality outdoor furniture. We paid a lot of money for out set but it was looking a little dreary. We had it for eight years that's pretty amazing in today's standards. So when we started our search. We know it's going to take some time. We went out looking and weren't very happy with the quality at the stores around us. My husband decided to go online I'm glad he did we're very happy with our new quality furniture.

Dollar store savings

We we're very surprised the other day instead of turning left into Wal-mart my husband turned right into the Dollar store. Let's see what money we can save he said. We went inside first thing we bought was our cleaners for the house. They're off brand cleaners but what the heck we'll try them and see. Between the cleaners, Halloween candy, and some gloves we bought we figured we saved nineteen dollars for turning right instead of left.

Weight loss supplement

It's more of a girls thing I guess. Fighting with my little bit of stomach weight, its not that I eat a lot of the wrong things besides McDonald's once a week. In my case its all about being less active than when I used to. I like my vegetables and my rice. With how and where I work I can't get any busier and its too late at night when I get off to work and I'm tired. I don't want to go to the gym so time for the weight loss supplement to kick in and help me through my dilemma. Using the supplement help me lose the extra weight after I had our darling little boy.

Preparing for winter

Winter seems to be coming early to Upstate New York my husband says it might as well snow and get it over with. You know the only reason he said that is so he could get his winter toys out. We're preparing for it a whole month early. Getting all our winter clothes out, digging all our snow shovel in the shed that had been buried by all the summer stuff thrown in there. After that, change the oil in the snow blower and make sure the belts are good. Time for me to put up all the heavy curtains to slow down the cold. Here we go again...another six months.

Health insurance leads

We learned a lot about building a web site experimenting with different search engines web hosting company. They've got it down to a science on how to pull your business in. But only a few really go with extra mile to help you out. So finding the right hosting along with the right keywords gets to be a little monotonous. Take for instance for one that we needed at the time was health insurance leads it drove us crazy for a while until we found one site to help us. Feeling better now.

Party-shot Automatic Photographer

We decided to retire our digital camera the other day and buy a new one. we went to two stores noted for their wide selection. Its so hard to choose. So many different brands with options better this and better that. We ended up buying a nice Sony that I'm happy with. One of the cameras from Sony is called the paparazzo you set it in your room and all by itself the camera turns slowly when it finds a face it focuses and takes a picture all by itself. Now isn't that a little robot for you.

Refrigerator water filters

Moving in to a new house and in a different county, one of the last thing that we thought about was the city water. You wouldn't think it would be much different from county to county when it comes to drinking water but it is. For a while we ended up buying drinking water each week then we decided to put a filter on our tap in the kitchen. We have two refrigerators in our house because we like buying in volume so when my husband installed the water lines the refrigerator water filters worked great on removing the taste out of our city water.

Winter is coming

Winter is coming. Its almost here... time to tear apart the closet again. Packing up all our summer clothes is always a big job. Three different closets have to be cleaned out and packed up. The winter clothes are all up in the attic packed and sealed plastic totes. Bringing them down is the job for my husband I guess its time to get him off the couch and up there.

Online directories

We thought the hard part was over. Building a site for our product we thought was hard, that was easy part. After we're all done we decided to re-design it over and over again. Designing different templates for our site was so exciting. Then after everything was said and done we realized getting people there was almost solely based on a keyword search. By changing the name and some of the content on our site it helped. But the day that we found online directories was the best day. The programs that we found on their site increased our traffic at least ten fold.

Daily toxins

It's getting too much out of control in today's world the toxins that are getting into our body without us knowing are ridiculous. Chemicals in your shampoo, chemicals in shaving cream, even during your morning coffee the scalding hot water that goes against the plastic walls of your coffee maker. Small toxins are released out of the plastic. They can't conclude that this is enough to hurt you but when you add up all the little percentages of toxins that you come in contact with on a daily basis it's scary.

Best weight loss supplement

Posted by Malou at 10/11/2009 07:36:00 AM 0 comments
I guess I was trying too hard or maybe not enough patience trying to lose weight always seemed to take too long. A lot of times it's matching the right suplement with the right person's chemistry. Everything I bought to bring my weight down took three to four months. It only took 3 weeks to put it back on again. So for finding the right program it seemed to take forever. But once I found the best weight loss supplement my extra weight seemed to fall off in days instead of weeks. How happy I am with this.

Extra cash

Shopping around the other day for some new Halloween decorations is always fun. We actually found some skulls that we can put on the side of our walk way. They had all the different programmable sayings. They kind of catches you off guard because when you cross the path it sounds like they were talking to each other. Next was a trip to the pumpkin farm. We discovered all different kinds of pumpkins and gourds then it dawned on my husband that this gentleman selling the pumpkins was making a small fortune every fall selling these. We bought one of every kind and are planning to start our own little pumpkin farm for next year with the dried seeds from these pumpkins.
