At work a lot of our work requires a lot of repetition when it comes to movement of our arms picking up, pulling things then setting them back down. You wouldn't think this would hurt you but it can and after we've done all this we end up sitting down for hours at a time. Our boss has recently instated an exercise program for stretching at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. She said the next step was looking for thirty cheap yoga mats because it would be better if we could do a few more exercise at floor level.
